Good Unit does job

Admittedly, expected more from it but most times even though I can smell smoke coming into unit it seems to state air is purified,
I leave running for 1/2 hr by then goes into auto turn off mode and stays like that for quite awhile, I can breathe slightly better but I didn't feel it made as much a difference as all reviews I read seemed to think it did.

Excellent air purifier and brilliant customer service

This is my second winex air purifier. I gifted my first to my friend when she had a mold issue in the house and her son was suffering from asthma. It helped immensely. I repurchased for myself as my sinus was aggitated. I keep it running during the night, it helps me sleep much better.

The customer service was wonderful, they were so helpful with answering my questions, and the dispatch and delivery was super quick.
