Are your saunas easy to install?
Yes — the 3-Person Mali model comes in flat-pack form with a detailed assembly manual and helpful video guides. We recommend at least 3-4 people to help with unpacking and positioning panels, especially given its size and weight. Assembly usually takes around 45-90 minutes depending on helpers and space.
Can I install the sauna indoors or outdoors?
This model is designed for **indoor** use.
Do you offer installation service?
Yes — we provide installation services across much of Australia. If you’re outside our usual service zones, get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist or refer someone local.
Does installation include wiring?
No — wiring is **not included** in our installation service. This 3-person model is: Power 3150W - Requires 15 Amp Power Point**. If your location does not have a suitable outlet or needs circuit upgrades/hard wiring, it’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange a licensed electrician in line with Australian electrical standards.
How do I clean and maintain my sauna?
To maintain it well: use towels or mats on benches/floor to absorb sweat; after each session wipe down moisture with a damp cloth; avoid spraying water or cleaning agents directly onto heater panels or electrical components; use a soft brush or vacuum gently for dust (unplugged/off); any sweat marks on timber are cosmetic — light sanding can refresh appearance if desired.
What are my delivery options?
We deliver Australia-wide. In many metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide) delivery is free or heavily subsidised. You can also pick up from our warehouse by appointment. Shipping and installation charges are visible at checkout, or contact us for a quote if needed.

What warranty do you offer?
We offer warranty on heaters, frame and components against defects in materials or workmanship, plus a 12-month labour warranty for installation‐related issues. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorised modifications or repairs, and normal wear and tear. Valid for the original purchaser only.
