Can I install the sauna indoors or outdoors?

Do you offer installation service?
Yes — we offer installation across most of Australia. If you’re outside standard service zones, contact us and we’ll try to assist or refer a local installer.
Does installation include wiring?
Some saunas require hard wiring or a circuit upgrade to suit the sauna’s electrical requirements — this is not included in installation. For this model, the max power is approx. 2340 W and it uses a standard 10 amp plug. If your setup needs any electrical changes, please arrange a licensed electrician to perform the work in accordance with Australian standards.
How do I clean and maintain my sauna?
Use towels or mats on benches and floor to absorb sweat; after sessions, wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid spraying water or cleaners onto heaters or electrical parts. Any cosmetic sweat marks on timber can be lightly sanded if desired.
